Delivery & Returns

After the purchase is completed, digital files are available for download in the Order Confirmation page.
You will also receive an email with a link to the file, available for 24 hours after the purchase. Should you click on an expired link, you will receive a new email with a new link.
Vibration Interiors will not honor or process any return and refund requests as it is not possible to “return” a digital file.
It is your responsibility to make an informed purchasing decision.

Once the design is ready, you will receive an email with a link and password to access your online area where you will find your design pack. Depending on the level of service, you will also get a complementary call to go over the whole design.
You may cancel our services within fourteen days of agreeing in writing to them by notifying us by email.
You will be in this case refunded minus the sum reasonably reflecting the value of the services already provided up to date of cancellation.
If the cancellation request is received after this fourteen days period, you will not be entitled to a refund.
