This 45 m2 flat is part of a new development scheme, in South West London.

Neither the kitchen or bathroom required any work, as they were newly fitted and the client didn’t want to undergo extensive work. Equally, the flooring is also the one originally fitted by the contractors, as per the client’s requirements.

The brief was to create a Feng Shui space, to reflect the client’s positive, easy going attitude whilst still being sophisticated. It also needed to address the south facing windows generating considerable heat in the summer months.

The design included:

• Specification of all the furniture and decor

• Specification of all the windows’ treatment
